The Hadith (Seek Knowledge even if you have to travel to China) is often quoted to show the importance of seeking education and knowledge in Islam. A dedicated educational institution in the name of Hazrat Ishaque Sahib (Rahmatullah Aleyh) was set up in fifty's of Jodhpur City for the noble cause. Many of the efforts were done there in to connect the muslim children and provide them systematic education. Formal existence of primary school came into force in 1953 under the leadership of Janab Mohd. Hussain, which was upgraded to upper primary in 1962. When Khan Wahidullah Khan joined the institution it was raised to secondary level in 1967. As the insitution grew, school started facing deficiencies in terms of infrastructure & resources. Consequently donation were collected from the society and Juni Haweli was bought as a new infrastructural space. Under the quality supervision of Janab S. M. Syed & Mohammed Ibrahim jagirdar Sahib, the school was further upgraded to Senior Secondary level in 1997.
Severe oppression & discrimination experienced by the muslims has left with thousands of wounded hearts in the society & will be taking decades of dedicated efforts from our sides to be healed up. In such circumstances the school was only able to accumulate boys for education till a long period of time. However our our Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allah exalt his mention ) said: "Whoever follows a path in the pursuit of knowledge, Allah will make a path to Paradise easy for him." (Al-Bukhari). As soon as the muslim society here started realizing the importance of girls education, a separate building was constructed & Girls upper primary school was established in 2008. This much needed initiative for girls was promoted & was raised to Secondary level in 2010.
